Return Policy 

  1. General Information

1.1. This Return Policy applies to all products (“Products”) purchased from Podium Pros Inc. (“Company”). 

1.2. By purchasing Products from the Company, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to this Return Policy. 

  1. Warranty

2.1. Podium Pros guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year. This warranty does not apply if the defect is due to misuse or mishandling. (Please refer to ‘Care Instructions’ page for more information.)

2.2. Any manufacturer’s defect may be returned for repair for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date. 

2.3. All the above terms are valid if the podium is used as directed. If the podium is modified in any way, all the terms of this warranty are void. 

  1. Eligibility for Returns

3.1. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, in the same condition that the Customer received it, and in its original packaging. 

3.2. The Customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  1. Return Period

4.1. The Customer has seven (7) days from the date of delivery to return the Product for a refund or exchange. 

4.2. If seven (7) days have passed since delivery, the Company cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

4.3. Due to the custom nature of our products, we strive to ensure the Customer’s satisfaction before the order ships. If an order must be returned, a 20% restocking fee will be applied at the point of refund. 

  1. Return Process

5.1. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

5.2. The Customer should send the Product to the following address:

5.3. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. 

  1. Return Shipping

6.1. The Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the Product. 

6.2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

6.3. The Company recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as the Company is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

  1. Inspection and Processing of Returns

7.1. Upon receipt of the returned Product, the Company will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. 

7.2. If the return is approved, the Company will process the refund or exchange within 30 business days. 

  1. Refunds

8.1. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

8.2. The Customer will receive a notification email once the refund has been processed. 

8.3. It may take some time for the refund to appear on the Customer’s account, depending on the payment provider’s policies. 

  1. Exchanges

9.1. If the Customer wishes to exchange the Product for another item, they should indicate this when requesting the RA number. 

9.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

9.3. If the Product requested for exchange is of a higher value, the Customer must pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, the Company will issue a partial refund. 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

10.1. Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: 

  • Customized or personalized Products 
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the Customer 
  • Clearance or sale items
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

11.1. If the Customer receives a damaged or defective Product, they should contact the Company immediately at 

11.2. Damages resulting from improper handling during shipping are eligible for claim within seven (7) business days of the Product’s arrival to the Customer’s address. 

11.3. Podium Pros Inc. must be contacted within 24 hours of the Product’s arrival with a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the packaging and damage. 

11.4. The Company will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs for damaged or defective Products. 

  1. Changes to Return Policy

12.1. The Company reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. 

12.2. Any changes to the Return Policy will be effective for purchases made after the date of the change.
